These terms apply whenever you use mistervini.ie, buy from our online shop, book a table, join the wine club, or use our loyalty programme. By using the site you agree to them. Mistervini is a wine bar and shop trading from 39 Dominick Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

Age restriction

We sell alcohol. You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol from us, online or in-store, and you confirm this at checkout. Photo ID may be requested on pickup, and we reserve the right to refuse a sale or pickup if age cannot be verified.

Orders & pickup

All online orders are pickup-only from 39 Dominick Street, Mullingar. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to display accurate prices, descriptions and stock, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or availability error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before fulfilling it. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed by Stripe.

Custom / personalised products

Some products (such as custom hampers) are built to the details you provide at checkout. Because these are made to order, they cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where faulty. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

Refundable deposits

Certain products (such as charcuterie boards) include a refundable deposit on top of the item price, shown separately at checkout. The deposit is refunded once the item is returned to us in a reusable condition — refunds are processed manually in-store or by contacting us directly, and are not automatically returned to your card.

Table bookings

Booking a table online reserves it subject to availability and confirmation by us. Bookings for large parties, or on days marked as “contact directly for availability”, need to be arranged by phone. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable in-store or against online orders up to their remaining balance, are non-refundable, and do not expire unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.

Wine club & loyalty programme

Wine club subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and are billed via Stripe. Loyalty points are earned and redeemed according to the rates shown on the site at the time, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

We may email you marketing newsletters unless you opt out at checkout or unsubscribe via the link in any newsletter email.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Irish consumer law that can't lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to orders and bookings made after it was published.
